The Sochi Brunello Restaurant décor is a modern take on classical interiors. A spacious hall decorated with velvet, marble and elegant chandeliers creates an atmosphere of sophisticated chic. The interiors were designed by Steelman Partners, an international architecture and design firm founded in 1987, the same team that created a harmoniously uniform style for Casino Sochi. The décor seamlessly combines Mediterranean aesthetics, love of detail and contemporary luxury. Corporate chef Ilya Zakharov designed the gastronomic concepts of the restaurants in the Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone: Brunello and Buffet in Sochi and the restaurant at the Château de Talu winery in Gelendzhik. He has won prestigious awards and hosted popular TV shows “Hell’s Kitchen”, “White Jacket” and “Call the Chef”.
Cuisine
Ilya Zakharov’s signature cuisine skilfully combines sophisticated elements from local dishes, pan-Asian highlights and European classics. The core menu consists of innovative fish, seafood and meat dishes. In full accord with the strict rules of haute cuisine, everything served at Brunello, from meat hors d’oeuvres and pastries to sauces and ice cream, is cooked from scratch. In creating his dishes, the chef uses local foods, including mountain herbs, while live marine delicacies are shipped to the restaurant aquarium from Japan and the Far East.Fish ahd seafood
