Ilya Zakharov’s signature cuisine skilfully combines sophisticated elements from local dishes, pan-Asian highlights and European classics. The core menu consists of innovative fish, seafood and meat dishes. In full accord with the strict rules of haute cuisine, everything served at Brunello, from meat hors d’oeuvres and pastries to sauces and ice cream, is cooked from scratch. In creating his dishes, the chef uses local foods, including mountain herbs, while live marine delicacies are shipped to the restaurant aquarium from Japan and the Far East.About the bar
