Corporate chef Ilya Zakharov designed the gastronomic concepts of the restaurants in the Krasnaya Polyana Gaming Zone: Brunello and Buffet in Sochi and the restaurant at the Château de Talu winery in Gelendzhik. He has won prestigious awards and hosted popular TV shows “Hell’s Kitchen”, “White Jacket” and “Call the Chef”.
Interior
The interior of the Brunello restaurant is a classic with a modern interpretation. A spacious hall, an abundance of restrained brilliance, velvet and marble create an atmosphere of discreet chic. Graceful chandeliers, soft comfortable sofas, natural parquet envelop and seem to transfer into the living room of the house of hereditary aristocrats.
