The peculiarity of this format, so beloved by guests for a whole year of its holding, is that the star brand chef Ilya Zakharov develops a completely unique menu. And together with his main assistant in the kitchen - Artem Avtandilyan, he diligently achieves a refined taste and virtuoso presentation.
