Summer in the mountains is a special experience. The air is filled with floral scents, the slopes are immersed in verdant greenery, the sunsets stretch mesmerizingly long, and silence reigns. But on July 3rd, the leisurely pace of the resort will give way to the atmosphere of a culinary feast—guests will be treated to an exclusive dinner, "Eden in the Mountains." There's no need to search for that Garden of Eden. It's located at the Brunello restaurant, and your guide to this culinary Eden will be Ilya Zakharov, executive chef of the Krasnaya Polyana gaming zone, and Artem Avtandilyan, the restaurant's head chef, will be your guide.

The menu features seasonal finds and local ingredients, brought together in a thoughtful culinary story. Guests can expect a light summer set, full of floral and berry notes, as well as unexpected textures. The executive chef promises that this will be an occasion when familiar flavors will be revealed in a new light. Each dish is like a step along a blossoming slope: slightly spicy, slightly sweet, and a hint of mountain summer everywhere.

The evening was co-created with opinion leader and friend of the restaurant, Maria Tkacheva-Vedenchuk. Her expertise and understanding of the guest allowed her to bring together key and perhaps most recognizable Sochi brands, who prepared personalized gifts for each guest.
