The gastronomic set includes:
- tartlet with Japanese akami tuna;
- avocado with crab meat and black caviar, which is grown especially for the restaurant by the best caviar house in Russia;
- leek baked with asparagus, almonds and black caviar;
- Chilean seabass steak with wasabi;
- veal tongue with asparagus, green peas and sheep cheese cream;
- lemon tart with bergamot sorbet
Dishes are prepared from products from the south of Russia and ingredients from all over the world. You can place an order through the Yandex Food app. After this, the restaurant will contact the client to clarify the details. Then the chefs of the establishment will fly to Moscow within 48 hours - they, along with the preparations, will fly by plane from Sochi to Moscow and arrive at the client’s home. There they will prepare dishes and serve them to the table on collectible dishes. Brunello will organize such delivery on the jet.
